lovely rooms with good clean ensuite, car easily organised for the day and for late night jaunt to clubs, transfer from airport was complimentary and included in the price of the room.
Very noisy in the morning due to a wedding party; disturbed my sleep...reception staff did not understand me when I tried to re-book on the phone resulting in me chancing that they would have a room available when I turned up, which luckily they did

Hotel O Delhi is a scam hotel set up for tourists who don't know Delhi well, like myself. The service was really poor, staff insisted that I ordered all kinds of things including alcohol from the hotel restaurant, which is pretty much the only option in the area. Wifi was not as advertised available in rooms but at the reception only. The staff took my credit card away to process it when checking out, I do not know what happened to it and of course called my bank for monitoring the transfers. When asking for a *taxi* to the airport to finally leave that hotel, their in-house travel agent made me pay in advance a flat-fare to the airport, which I had to negotiate, and it finally turned out to be one of the hotel staff with its own vehicle...

the room was verry nice, good bed, hot shower.
Staf keptringing at our door to ask if we wanted anything. After we put the no ringing sign on they started knocking. And if we opend the door they came right in next to the bed when we didn't want them in and just wanted them to go. On one instance the knock on the door was followed by the door being opend. Calls to the reception did not resolve this problem. at the reception they tried to charge us 20 % taxes when it was supposed to be 10 procent. We then had an e mail from Booked.net. that we din't arrive on the date we did arrive and that they charged us the cancelation fee of 42 dollars. It then took us up to one hour to get back the fee and the 10 procent extra on taxes (wich was offcourse a mistake)... overall, verry abbusive staff
